The store had a very relaxed atmosphere - no hard sell. I was made a nice fresh mug of coffee (not an awful machine drink in a plastic cup). The salesman (Stanley) was helpful and friendly and did not SELL me the bed, but helped me to make a good choice.

I needed a new mattress I had already visited your Salisbury store when a friend bought a pocket sprung mattress she was very pleased so I bought one too and got a bargain!

I was given very good advice over the phone by Margaret on what to try out for my 19 year old daughter before visited the store. Her recommendation proved to be right after trying a few more beds in store. We will see if the product suits my daughter after the 30 day trial.

I received a very warm welcome in-store from Jeff who attended to my needs.

Our Assistant Henry was informative, attentive and humorous without being offensive or facetious. He was good at selling us the product and maybe even spending more than we went in to spend, without either of us feeling we'd been duped or forced to spend more than we had to, we just walked away with the right products - which ma not have been what we wanted initially, but after discussion and being shown what he was proposing we felt comfortable with our decisions. As a professional Buyer I am always interested in seeing how well a salesperson does their job, Henry was very good.

We were highly satisfied with our experience at Dreams, Henry was very helpful and also stepped back so we could discuss our own needs. The only fault we found was they didn't serve breakfast or we would have booked in for the night!!
