So Jeff our sales assistant was very helpfully and knowledgeable of his products, he was friendly and he listened to our requirements and found suitable products for us. Our whole experience was not only quick and efficient we also had a laugh. Especially when we were trying to find a headboard for our super kingsize bed and Jeff was showing us brass headboards and I only wanted small brass knobs and my partner and Jeff thought we should have Large knobs!!!!!

A very cheerful and courteous meeting as I entered Dreams. Advice and guidance regarding my requirements. The order was dealt with quickly and thoroughly by Margaret and I was amazed to find that delivery could take place within the week.

We needed expert advice on a bed for our guest bedroom. Margaret approached us with a friendly smile and was extremely helpful. She clearly knows her products and sold us the perfect product for our requirements (even up-sold us more than we originally intended but we are happy with it). She is very professional and a real delight to be dealing with.
