The sales person was very helpful without being pushy. He understood that we needed time to discuss what was for us a large purchase.

We were looked after by Roy who was friendly, not pushy and very helpful. We found exactly what we wanted, at a reasonable price.

I did not visit a store but went on line and then spoke to a customer service colleague who processed the order and was very helpful.

Henry was very friendly, knowledgeable and was able to provide the right guidance to help us make an informed decision without us feeling pressured or uncomfortable in any way. The bed was delivered on the day expected with good updates by text and verbally to inform us the time slot for delivery. The packages were taken to room of choice and old bed taken away. Very pleased with overall experience would not hesitate to recommend.

After explaining our requirements the assistant pointed out the products which fitted and gave a brief explanation of the differences but left us to discuss our own requirements. The assistant was not pushy but added information where required. this is contrary to our experience in some other stores. The whole procedure was smooth and timely.

Stanley, the sales rep was very patient and understanding. We had our 15 month old son with us. My son was charging around the storeroom and Stanley introduced him to the Dreams bear, stopped him from running out of the store and entertainied him whilst my partner and I tested mattresses! Absolutely brilliant. Stanley is a star and a credit to your company. In addition to helping with our son, Stanley was a font of knowledge and very patient with my missis, who takes forever to make her mind up about anything....!

The consultant (Henry) took the time to identify our needs through unrushed trial and error. As a result the benefit to my wife and I was that we have undoubtedly purchased the most comfortable bed we have ever had, and the benefit to Dreams was that we spent over 100% more than we originally budgeted, without regret.

Because Stanley remembered my wife's previous visit and pointed us in the right direction to find the bed we wanted.
