Went in quiet late just to have a quick look. Good advice from store rep so purchased a bed which meant the sales staff had to stay on beyond his normal time to facilitate. Very pleased with service.

Henry who served us was cobsiderate, patient and truly a interested in my needs and budget. Anyone can see he is proud to work for the company and believes in the products. Gave me confidence I could make a successful spend.

Henry went out of his way to ensure that I had the right product for me. I emphasised to him my need for proper sleep and that this was an investment and I had to know that I could get years' of good sleep out of the bed, otherwise there was no point in me making a change to the one I have. This was the first time I would be spending such a large sum of money on anything. Henry had great patience and was very knowledgeable. He was a refreshing salesperson to deal with.

the staff did not rush us and told us to try as many beds as we want. He was very friendly and had a very pleasant manner. The ordering was easy and i had a lot of choice on the delivery days.

I was served by a member of staff called Jeff and he was incredibly knowledgable about mattress and what would be the best one for the way I sleep , he offered a great and friendly service offering refreshments and a great deal of information and he listened to my requirements , I am now contemplating going back to purchase another mattress
