Dreams - High Wycombe

Visited the store at 12 noon - Jeff was available straight away, he listened to our needs and requirements. His subject knowledge of the mattresses was of the highest level. He did not pressure us into making purchase, when we explained we needed to go as we had another appointment. He told us all the payment options available and when he would be available. We returned at 4pm on same day and spoke with Kish (as Jeff was unavailable) when we explained we had spoken with Jeff and only needed to place order. He was polite and very helpful. explaining everything to do with payment option. All members of staff were smart, friendly and helpful and a credit to the Dream store.

Telephone order. Staff were very patient and discussed the product fully with me. They explained the VAT releif process fully too.

We are first time house buyers, so this was our first bed and mattress purchase. We were pretty clueless, but Henry at the High Wycombe store helped us outstandingly. He explained to us about mattresses - soft, firm, mould, spring etc and then took us round to try. He also clearly explained the 0% finance offer. He made us laugh and feel at ease and we both came away saying 'what great customer service, he really made that experience'.

We were very courteously and expertly helped at the High Wycombe Store by both your colleagues (unfortunately we've forgotten the first's name, who was very helpful and very knowledgeable , and a great personality - he passed us on to Stanley, to process our order, who again was very helpful and efficient; he even remembered us from a previous purchase from some years ago).

The customer service was excellent. I was given advice and guided through the purchase without feeling like it was a hard sell.

My grandmother was after a new bed (her other bed being 25years old!!). The idea was to look at several bed stores our first being dreams. We were approached by Henry who guided us through every step of the way. Giving us time alone for my grandmother to think it through to encouraging her to try the different mattresses. The whole experience was next to none!!! A massive thank you to Henry.. Needless to say we didn't have to go to any more bed stores x
