Good salesman - not too pushy

Kish our salesman went above and beyond to help us and was helpful and informative without being over bearing. We felt no pressure and all our questions were answered with confidence. We entered the store just to look and within 30 minutes had placed an order for a bed and new mattress. Thank you Kish, High Wycombe store.

Roy,the gentleman who served us was friendly, knowledgable and humorous and gave us good advice. He also got drinks for all the family, which was a nice touch. I felt that he went out of his way to give us the right deal for us rather than the most expensive he could get us to buy.

We were greeted in a friendly way by Henry on arrival and he gave us his attention and help without being over-attentive. He teased out what we needed and showed us the different products, encouraging us to try them and compare, and also explained your terms of business in a 'digestable' way.
