The shop assistant was very friendly, informative and helpful without being pushy for the sale. He showed us various mattresses for comparison. He recognised us on our second visit to the store. The assistants name was Roy (001) at the Wycombe branch.

I visited the store first week of May looking for a firm bed for my mother. Kish advised me on what would be best for her and took a lot of time and trouble to explain the varous options to me and I finally settled on the Buckingham orthopaedic mattress. Kish was exremely polite and courteous and a great asset to the store.
