Got excellent support from shiraz all out questions were awnsered and got all the information we needed we came a day before and we returned beacuse we were happy with service provided and will definitely reccomend family and friends and will be returning for further purchases in the future.

The chap who dealt with me was friendly, pleasant and helpful. I knew exactly what I wanted and had sorted out the purchase, payment and delivery quickly.

Very helpful staff, order handled efficiently in a very pleasant manner.

No waiting, able to see product required and tested two options. Speedy order and delivery.

As soon as I walked through the store everyone was very friendly and offered to help me pick a bed as I suffer from back problems he showed me one on a very good offer so I went for it as it was the best offer! As I was making my payment I was offered tea or coffee which was nice as well! Overall I felt like the guy serving me genially wanted to help me find a good bed :)

I explained the type of bed & mattress I was looking for as I have problems with my back, neck & shoulders and the assistant advised me to try quite a few beds to see how they feel. He explained all the details of a Tempur mattress which he thought may be suitable for me so I tried these as well.He also advised I spend a few minutes watching the Tempur video which explained all the details of the mattresses. He kindly made me a coffee to drink while watching the video. I was really impressed by these mattresses & decided to purchase one and a Tempur pillow. There was no pressure from the assistant for a purchase and he was very helpful, kind & curtious at all times.

We received just the right amount of helpful assistance - no hard sell at a break-neck pace. On ordering we were offered coffee and the conversation with all the staff was friendly without being overly familiar. We don't expect staff to be subservient but they were pleasantly respectful.

I was greeted by Henry, who explained the layout of the store, and how he lives and sleeps Dreams. I was offered a cup of coffee which was very welcome, and not something you get in other retailers. Henry was not pushy in any way, and took the time to explore the various purchase options available to be me. Henry's product knowledge as to what would be suitable for my 5 yr old daughter was excellent, and I will certainly recommend Dreams to my friends

To be honest I had looked on line and knew what I wanted before going to the store. And it just happened that the bed frame I wanted was directly inside the door. Staff where extremely friendly and helpfull also was offered a coffee while paper work was being sorted. Overall very happy with my experience shopping at dreams. And now looking at buying bedroom furniture from them in the near future.

The assistant that served me, Henry, was extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable during the whole process
