The store was very quiet so I was able to have the full attention of the sales assistant. Yet despite this he still went out of his way to explain in detail the differences between the various options available and I was able to try no end of mattresses. He told me he had only worked in the store for two months but his product knowledge was extremely good and he was enthusiastic in his role without being pushy. He made me a lovely cup of tea whilst we filled in th paper work. An enjoyable shopping experience all round and I came away with a new bed and mattress

everyone in the store is approachable and friendly - my initial reason for the visit was to sort out a problem with my previous order- no ones fault just happened to have a bed with a part that broke quickly. The team not only resolved my issue but also made us relax and feel welcome. We ended up chatting to Henry again who served us on our last visit and he helped us buy. Chest of drawers

I first phoned the store and spoke to Shiraz and then visited the store and dealt with him. He was polite, listened, showed me options, guided me but let me make up my own mind.
