Buying a bed is a big decision and an expensive one. We had a lot of advice and information from Henry,and plenty of time to try out mattresses and pillows.This obviously helped with our final choice of bed.

We were greeted on entry to the store but were not bothered until we needed assistance. We identified the product we were interested in quickly and easily. Our assistant Henry was friendly and helpful and processed our order efficiently. We were able to collect the items from the adjacent warehouse and take them away on the day. All in all it was a painless experience and we are likely to buy from dreams in the future.

We were greeted and asked if we needed any assistance. Roy was very knowledgeable and allowed and encouraged us to try all the beds. We had previous brought our mattress 11 years ago from Dreams.

We entered the store with a good idea of what we wanted. the bed was in stock and the delivery date we wanted was available. The assistant, henry, was very helpful and personable.

The sales assistant who looked after us, Roy, was helpful, pleasant and fully understood and appreciated our needs. as such he did not try to oversell but carefully recommended items that fully met our requirements. He should be applauded and congratulated on selling us 6 beds, 6 bedside cabinets and 2 dressing tables with stools. Exactly what we required.
