very helpful staff, however your pricing of a mattress which when chosen to a different base highly inflates the price of a set product.

We have purchased from Dreams in the past, had to change the mattress, (personal choice, not the problem of the shop), delighted with service and therefore returned today to purchase another bed. The price was excellent and delivery time also excellent. The staff member today was Kirsh and he could not have been more helpful. He even got a wheel chair for my father and collected it from the car when we left to save us a journey back into the shop to save us walking across the car park. Thank you for such excellent service.

We had researched the bed and mattress we wanted online the night before, and wanted to see the colour of the base, the size of the mattress, and the firmness of the mattress in store. Within a minute or two we were approached by one of your staff, Henry, who quickly understood what we were looking for and why. He also suggested some of the tempur pillows, something we hadn't considered, and after trying them, decided they would be a valuable addition to the purchase. The store was well laid out and very clean, and any questions we had were answered straight away - right down to the day of delivery. Looking forward to receiving our new bed in a few weeks time, and will definitely be coming back!

The salesman who served us was excellent. Poor chap with his broken thumb! He wasn't pushy. Left us to talk in private but was within prompting distance as soon as we wanted to ask a question. He was polite, knowledgeable, friendly, cheerful, kind and respectful. I hope you pass this comment on to him!

The Colleague who assisted us was very friendly and very helpful and unlike some stores did not follow us around the entire time but was always available if we had questions.

Very prompt service finding the product required

The sales assistant was welcoming and helpful without being pushy. He showed us where the product was and helped my mum with operating the customer lift. We don't really like overly attentive sales assistants who try to force a sale on us nor do we like being ignored. The sales team and your loud water store achieve a happy balance by being helpful whilst at the same time giving us space. We like this store and travel from Ealing .

Great customer service and attention to detail from Henry in your Loudwater store. As soon as I walked in he assisted my father who has trouble with stairs and talked me through all types of mattresses etc. From what I can tell, he genuinely wants a customer to get the right purchase for them. He deserves a pay rise !

Roy was friendly, and happy to help, fast and easy service provided, and as i knew what i wanted to get, this made it easier to go in and buy, i was greeted by another colleague, but i didnt catch his name, very friendly overall. they made buying a bed frame easy. Computer systems were speedy and didn't crash, unlike my experience in competitors.
