Very friendly. Left us space to look without hassling us. Then gave us assistance when needed. Henry knew his stuff and seemed to take satisfaction on what he was doing and made us smile.

The store manager was very helpful, and in fact steered us away from a more expensive purchase which wouldn't have been right for us. We got everything we needed at a good price, and with two small children in tow, it was a much less stressful experience than we had expected.
