Our original ideal purchase was discussed with Jeff at your High Wycombe store. He explained to us the advantages and disadvantages of over 20 beds/mattresses and gave sound good advice, not over the top sales, but very professional. He was knowledgeable and informative and encouraged us to try as many beds needed to make our decision, we nearly fell asleep in the Tempur cubicle! We will return when next needing help in this way. Thank you.

We are still awaiting for our bed to arrive. So I hope the overall 'Excellent" rating still applies. However the service we received from Rob, from the high Wycombe branch was amazing. He didn't pounce on us, but came to greet us, helped us with what we was looking for, even went out of his way to get a specific pillow I use currently to see what result I would get. Transaction went fast and smoothly, even was offered a drink. Overall very happy!

Offered coffee and tea as soon as we entered the store. We had gone to Bedquarters in error and were directed to the store and tea and coffee was waiting whilst we drove the short distance to the store.

There was no pressure. We had a nice cup of tea. Things were clearly explained.

Henry was available but not pushy. The store was well laid out to make selecting a product easy.

The member of your staff Kesh was very knowledgeable helpful and friendly . He wasn't pushy but was able to help in every way as he had listened to my requirements. Kesh made the visit very straight forward and easy . His service was excellent . I am now looking forward to receiving my new bed .
