Sales man was very patient and understood my needs.

We were greeted and made to feel welcome then, once our needs had been established, were left to consider our options without any kind of pressure from the sales team.

I got what I wanted at a price I was prepared to pay. All staff were extremely helpful and understanding

The Sales assistance was friendly, imformative and everything I would expect from a good sales person. There was no attempt tom push a sale on us and the sales person dedicated their time to us and was trying to rush the transaction to find their next sale. So the whole experience was a good experience.

Jeff was highly knowledgeable. Really listened to our requirements and talked us through our options then gave us a tape measure and left us to wander the store to look at what was available. I really appreciated being able to view everything and discuss the various options with my husband without someone pressuring you into what they thought you should have and to make a sale at all costs. Jeff joined us after a little while to see how we were. We showed him our choice. He went over everything in detail and then he took us to choose a mattress to suit the bed - again really listening to what WE wanted. He was very friendly, easy to talk to without being over familiar, a great failing with a lot of salespersons. I would say that the friendly helpful service we received was definitely a major factor in our making a purchase. We came away knowing we had made the right choice and fully understanding the delivery procedures. Well done Jeff we would certainly recommend Dreams if you are an example of their customer service.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff

I had a problem completing my internet order for two mattresses and called your customer service people the following morning to confirm that my order was off your system. The problem was my fault. Your sales person offered to complete my order for me.which only took a few minutes and my mattresses were delivered two days later.

Exactly what you need. Good offers, sales staff were not pushy and decent variety of goods. Keep it simple!
