I arrived at the Dreams store with a relatively clear idea of what I wanted, but this was my first time buying a mattress so was still unsure exactly of how what I want translated into an actual mattress. I have a bad back and so need a good supportive mattress, Henry approached about a minute after I entered the store, and we began discussing what I was looking for, he was very helpful and showed me to the different options available in store and recommened that I do try out the different mattress types to make sure that I was sure I was choosin the right mattress for me. I found Henry very easy to work with and he definitetly helped improve my confidence that I have bought the right mattress for me.

Roy was incredibly informative about the products for sale, was very helpful and placed my order with ease.

Store was freezing - we have been told that the heating system was broken but there are heating fans in the supermarkets....... Also I noticed at home that there were better deals on other places for same mattress

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Mick and his overall assistance. I was pleased with the mattress I purchased but felt there was not enough range in firmness to try in each range. Certain mattresses would have been more appealing had they been available in different levels of firmness.

I was satisfied by my experience at dreams I can’t say I’m highly satisfied as I haven’t received the mattress as of yet my not due to yourself’s I just made delivery slot a week later

My 1st choice was out of stock and a long wait I’m happy with my 2nd choice

salesman was really helpful and kind but in store was not highly satisfied it's was not clean and not systemic. service was excellent

The sales assistant gave us good advice and did not apply any pressure or try to upsell and we felt we got a good service
