I was very satisfied but I did not select highly satisfied as there is always room for improvement. Ideally the products would be cheaper and I would have found an amazing and beautiful bed that excited me, but we have a practical and adequate bed for our needs as that was the best of the products on offer in our price range

The gentleman who served me was extremely helpful and very informative. He made lots of effort to ensure that I was buying a product that was right for me. I was very grateful for this. However, I am in the process of moving house and for me, personally, the whole process was a bit drawn out - though I understand why. I would prefer to have been asked 'how much time I had' so that the sales process could have been adapted accordingly. I appreciate that some people need to have their hands held through such a purchase, but I would have just liked to get it done a little quicker. I was in store for two hours - which made me late for my next appointment. Please take this as constructive criticism. I think it is important to adapt to individual customers. Hope that helps.

Until we try our new mattress for a period of time, i.e. more than 30 days, it is difficult to determine if the product is right for us. We trusted the Sales assistant, Kevin, as he said he was using the product himself which was very comforting.

Leah was excellent in everything she said and did, she explained the test and results and showed us around an appropriate selection, getting feedback to narrow our choices. She did not hover unnecessarily, giving us time to discuss each bed and come to a final decision. She offered us drinks to start and again when we were talking our choices over. Thank you to her. My dissatisfaction comes from breaching of GDPR consent was hardly freely given as without I could not give my feedback and what I was consenting to was not unambiguous. Multiple types of data collection and processing cannot be bundled, given how vague the statement was it's impossible to know. Opting out must not be harder than opting in which was a single click of a button, there is no single click opt out button I can see.

In the past Dreams have been good at negotiating price or add ons. There was no negotiation of price. i would have gone to a competitor for a comparison if i had had time
