Too hot in the shop felt very stuffy in there, no air con. Some of the beds have a very long lead time.

Overall very satisfied. Only reason for marking down slightly, was that the pillow i wanted to buy was not in stock. A particular latex type pillow that i was told was always a problem the store had getting stock of.

Would have liked option to have taken it there and then, than wait for delivery. A bit of a waste of your time too. The warehouse is just next door.
