The first person we encountered look unkempt and didn't seem in any particular rush to ask one of his colleagues to come and help us. The 2nd person - who served us - knew his stuff, was helpful and I was very thankful that he double-checked the delivery time for us.

The dreams bed colleague who served me put my order on the computer twice and lost it both times. He also mentioned that he would add the dimensions to my quote but forgot. I then asked do you do NHS discount (as with how busy we have been at work I have been unable to get to a showroom) and he said yes. However when I rang later to book the bed he said this offer was no longer viable as of yesterday. I felt like this should have been honoured and for future clients not offered (the removal of this offer should have been taught to all salesmen the day it happened). It came across really unprofessional.
