Unfortunately the delivery address was incorrectly applied to the order by the Sales person which only came to light after leaving the store. I had to call the next day to the store when I was told that this cannot be changed as it could affect the delivery date that was booked. I was then transferred to wait in a queue for Customer Services call centre to then be told that I needed to email the changes for this to be enacted

It was a very positive experience and we came away happy with the service and the products purchased. Marika, out assistance was very helpful and informative. To improve, the store could give more consideration regarding the current climate around hygiene, perhaps coming up with ways to restrict spreading germs through the sharing of pillows etc.
