The outside signage suggested that the discounts were across more products than they were. Not that many discounts available. I would have like more information on some of the technical claims of the products (eg how can the mattress claim to keep you cool? What is Actigel?) and the product specifications. Wasn't always clear why some products were priced more or less expensive than others.

Having agreed the items to order I asked explicitly if there were any discounts to be given. I was told there were none on Hypnos brand items so placed the order. The very next day I see an advert stating there was 20% discount on Hypnos mattresses which was what I had asked about. Therefore you do not get any highly satisfied ratings!

We were passed from one assistant to another twice. All three men were very nice but it meant explaining what we wanted 3 times.

I had no problems at all with my visit or purchase. I'd never mark highly satisfied or 10 out of 10 for anything as that would mean everything's perfect and no room for change or improvement - whichbis when companies go stale and stop trying to innovate.

Neither my wife or myself particularly like being dropped-on when first entering a store. We should be greeted appropriately and then allowed to browse around and should we want advice allow us to request it. In summary too many pushy salespeople who far outnumber the amount of customers.

Sales assistant very knowledgeable but unfortunately did not input my email address correctly, so I had to phone store and ask where my receipt was.
