As expected

The website took a little understanding. so I placed the order online in order to be confident I had it right

The main reason is if I had said h/satisfied you would have over reacted and you would not have given the best.thus now you will have an inspiration to go for better performance and give your best.

It does not reflect in any way on your store or it's staff. It was due to the circumstances of why I was there and discovering that what I was looking for was no longer available as times have moved on.

During my first visit the sales man was very pushy and got my back up. When I returned to the store, I was left alone to make my own mind up which suited me better.

The only thing I would say is some of the beds looked a little tired (excuse the pun 😊)

The sales person took the time to assist me in what we wanted.

First time I went met a employee called James. He was very helpful even though he knew I was looking not buying. This made me come back and remember him. The 2nd time I met the store manager. I explainers what James said and he carried on from there. I never felt any pressure from your staff and they were very helpful. This is the type of customer service that makes people want to come back time and time again

there was only one assistant who was serving someone else, the other assistant who came in obviously from the warehouse was extremely helpful but we did have to wait for him while he was obviously doing something else. Maybe one more member of staff to help them if they are called away to the warehouse?
