The beds we were recommended by the mattress selector were not in the store. The TV beds were playing music as well as the main music system - the cross sound was really irritating when testing out the beds and trying to relax

The only part i was dissatisfied about what the bed we decided to order was not available to be delivered until the beginning of August. Therefore we had to change the colour so we could get the bed in July.

We took a pack of four pillows which was down to clearance due to the packaging being damaged. We were assured all was fine in the package. Got home and there was only 3 pillows instead of four! The packaging was damaged because someone had obviously taken a pillow for themselves! Unfortunately we needed them when we opened to sleep so couldn’t bring back.

The first invoice price did not match the showroom price (£100.00 higher). I was offered a free set of pillows but after checking the invoice, I had been charged £ 35.00 for them. Replied to an e-mail from the store and no response. Was originally told one week delivery and now it is two weeks. The reason for selecting a new bed is that I am suffering from a bad back. The reason for this is that a mattress I purchased from Dreams some two years ago has collapsed.I returned to Dreams because the offer included collection of the old bed and the new one represents a reasonable price and seems good quality.

Disappointed that there was no flexibility on price when placing a high value order. Staff should have some ability to offer discounts

Charlie was amazing! She spent so much time explaining the mattresses to me and tailoring to my needs. She was super friendly and have me excellent customer service! I was not happy with the delivery option as it was 5 days! I would have bought the note expensive bed that I really wanted if it was there to take away or delivery was this week.

the number of staff waiting around the entrance is intimidating not welcoming. You need to have access to browse before being approached.

My partner and I needed a new bed for a very long time. Unfortunately, we had to wait two weeks for the bed that we purchased to be delivered to us. We came to understand that the store that we went into didn't have the bed that we brought in storage. The way we saw it, is that we are paying a lot for this bed and we thought we would be receiving the bed within the week or latest the week after. My partner has brought some gym equipment through finance and he was able to receive the items he ordered within three days. Surely, Dreams would be able to do the same as gym equipment and bed pricing are very similar.
