The sales advisor was overly salesy. Everything that came out of his mouth was pitch talk and didn’t feel genuine at all. He was clearly driven and motivated by sales targets as he was so distracted by new customers walking in the door.

the overall experience was fantastic and I would say I’m satisfied, but the only fault is that we were not offered the option of the delivery men taking our old mattress away when they deliver. We discovered this was an option when we got home, had we have been told in store we would have added this. This has lead to trying to ring the store but it takes a long time to get through (hopefully because they’re serving customers!) now I’m concerned our delivery date will be pushed back, which I really don’t want as I have shoulder problems unfortunately.

We were treated as we would expect to be treated by your customer service team and the showroom was a pleasant environment to move around again as we would expect.

Only because we felt we could have been given a higher discount on the products we purchased and also we just missed the sale which would have given us a 20% discount on the flaxby mattress. Stan was extremely helpful and very friendly.

Customer service was EXCELLENT!!! The only reason for not 'highly satisfied' was because item was not in stock and will need to wait up to 6 weeks.

The only reason I am not 'highly satisfied ' is that i have not received my purchase yet - it is not due for another couple of days - so cannot say yet whether I will be highly satisfied with the purchase.
