We bought and took the bedding with us at the time of purchase. £162 worth. The salesman told us we should keep an eye on the sales and could price match and get a refund with an extra £10 if it was reduced. When it came down in the sale we tried to do this but were told it was only on items being delivered which was really annoying. We could easily have added them to the delivery and got money back so his knowledge about this was impaired and we missed out on quite a refund.

The shop was unbearably hot. While going through the paperwork with the sales person, my husband had to wait outside the shop as he felt quite unwell in the oppressive heat within the store. Very bad for the staff who have to work in it all day long.

I am not the sort of guy to be highly satisfied I feel the pricing system is not fair and too many deals always changing never knowing if you are getting a fair deal

Overall all ok. Nothing was wrong it's just an expensive purchase

No specific reason

The assistant was very helpful and seemed to know a lot about the product.

Whilst finalising our purchase and attempting to listen to James (who was excellent throughout our visit) and pay for the item another colleague sitting at a nearby desk was conducting a telephone conversation with an extremely loud voice making it difficult for me to hear what James was saying. Perhaps my hearing is not what it used to be but I found this quite frustrating whilst the phone call lasted which was not over long. I would suggest some thought be given to where the colleagues have their work stations situated so that a reasonable distance is put between them rather than immediately adjacent to each other.

Goods were listed as being on sale and discounted price was given. However, upon checking the price for the same item at John Lewis, we discover their everyday price was identical- to the penny- to Dreams so-called "sale" price.
