It is a fairly simple transaction and to be satisfied is enough. Highly satisfied means one likes superlatives and does not signify much at all.

Fleet a bit rushed

We were given contradictory information on a different lower cost mattress (by the same manufacturer) offered by one of your competitors.

I was highly satisfied with the staff and the store, but a small point was that we were a little surprised by the cost of our purchase, although not enough to put us off.

The experience felt a little rushed to be honest. Good, but rushed. However, with a 40 (or 100, I forget right now) night swap-out I'm not unduly concerned that we've not got the right bed for us.

I thought the shop was efficient and friendly. The staff were very knowledgeable

Option of brown divan base, and alternative to headboard, was not available in the delivery time required.

I was satisfied with my order placement but the service afterwards has been terrible. Non2 hour slot texted to me. 10 minute warning ofor my delivery at 8am ...only mattress arrived. Base ordered incorrectly and now not coming to the 20th January. Initially very difficult to get hold of customer services.Very disappointing. I would very carefully consider shopping at dreams again and would not recommend to a friend

We were looked after very well and given all the assistance we needed which is what we would expect so "highly" is not appropriate.
