I had seen the item on sale, but the sale had finished, would have liked the original price! I completely understand why this couldn't be done and the assistant did give me a price match with 5% off, so no complaints..

In the Loudwater store the representative was very warm and polite upon our entrance to the store but then abandoned us to spend half an hour on the phone, and did now apologies nor guide us to another colleague for assistance. The delivery team (Faisal and Ashor) were first-class, on time and very polite.

Had to wait to be served as shop busy. Delivery time 6 weeks seems long! But over all good service

There was filming going on in store which meant we didnt have access to all beds

Seemed strange to be able to get finance on line, yet not be able to include everything within that i.e. wardrobe extras. Also 0 deposit quoted on line, but deposit required over the phone. On line services would be much better if you could see basic shell of a product and build the furniture to the spec you wanted before ordering.

Found the pillow quite hard. Gave me a pain in the neck. Wondered if it was old stock and not the latest design with granules.

Delivery was free but still had to pay an extra price if wanted a specific time slot.
