Checked the reviews online for the mattress we purchased and they were not positive so am a little worried about the quality of the mattress.

while we were pleased with the ease of choosing and buying the mattress we were disappointed that there was no relaxation on the price of the sofa bed which attracted our interest and which had previously been sold at a lower price.

Was told the sale would be finished the following Tuesday, went on the following week and sale was still on. Glad I didn't make a rushed decision.

I was looking to match a bed we bought 3/4 years ago but it had been discontinued. In order to get the height to match we needed to measure several beds.

The store did not have the bed I wanted to purchase which I saw online. I know you cannot keep all the beds in stock but there was nothing similar to match it up with. Also, when I purchased the beds I put down a deposit and rang back a couple of hours later to pay the balance. There was no one to answer the telephone and after waiting for a while I hung up and paid online instead. When I was in the store, the phone rang without being answered. You could lose customers this way and it may be an idea to look into this for the future.

The sales colleague was slightly patronising and repeated himself, felt that he had a sales script or a need to tell us all his knowledge. It was good that he left us alone on occasions.

We were highly satisfied with our experience and service we received its just that things are so expensive these days and its a lot of money but you have to pay for comfort and quality.

I put satisfied, not high satisfied, because I felt that sometimes the lady serving us could have been more supportive of my specific needs - pain wise and money wise.
