The sales rep was very pleasant and helpful. Felt need to buy there and then but given guarantee that would match price if found cheaper however on looking you can not find anyone else selling this particular product. Yes Silent night but not the Langley matress. This makes me feel you have named it such that this guarantee is not really true. I did check prices with John Lewis and a lot were less but as we cant directly compare the product of course this is irrelavent but just leaves me a bit dissatisfied.

I wanted to order online but the system kept spinning out at the last page which left me worried as I was unsure if the payment had been taken. I called to place my order via phone with Benjamin (High Wycombe) and explained what had happened. As well as a bed stead and assembly I wanted to order a specific coloured pillow case, I gave Benjamin the code ref as I could see from the website but this did not exist on his system so I purchased a different colour. Also I was a little puzzled that on each webpage of your site as document needs to be saved/downloaded - not sure what this is about but I did mention this to Benjamin as it made the online experience very slow.

When I placed the order I was advised I needed to pay for the product in full, after this I was advised the product was out of stack and the item would be in stock within a week. 2 weeks later still not in stock and no contact from Dreams regarding my order and they can't advice when it will be in stock
