Shopped for a mattress they seemed to be dotted about around the store. It would be much better if they were in firmness order

didnt have 3 of the 5 products in the store we wanted to look at

We knew what we wanted. The assistance had the knowledge to help us, as expected. Was a little disappointed that delivery on Saturday was extra and removal of old mattress was not included.

Lengthy of time for delivery and extra charge for Saturday

We were trying out the different collections of Tempur mattresses. They were located in different parts of the store. It would have been easier if they had been located together in the shop. It would have been good to have had the opportunity to try out different mattress collections in the adjustable bed range.

i would of like to of seen some mattresses in a lower price brand, you advertise them online but you cant go and see or feel that sort

The item purchased would not fit into our car and we were told that we would get a call advising of the best delivery date. We did not get a call, and on contacting the store we were told it would be a week for the delivery.
