We were surprised at the amount of time it takes to deliver the bed ,but other than that the staff and helpfulness of everyone there could not have been better.

To be highly satisfied I'd have expected a quicker delivery date and free assembly. Have to say it's also an odd time to be surveyed as all I can speak to now is the point of sale process, only when the bed has arrived and been used will I be able to make any sort of recommendation for Dreams, as it was we were greatly conflicted between simply buying a bed over the internet from one or two of your newer competitors, who both used a 100 day try before you buy (or at least get a full refund) if you weren't fully satisfied.

I visited the store about 10 days earlier on a Saturday and the place was heaving with people and kids jumping on the beds. When we went back this week it was different again -quiet and relatively peaceful except some chaps in hi-viz jackets came in with some in suits and clip boards and were obviously checking up on something. These sorts of thing affect my concentration.

As a previous customer we couldn't get 10% discount but we were offered £100 instead

We were highly satisfied. However, as with everything, Companies should continue to strive for even better performance. One thing you could improve on is to have your prices displayed more clearly. To have a bed priced at £800 with a sign saying £200 off is misleading. We expected the bed to be £600 The sign should clearly say AFTER the discount the bed will cost £800. This is only shown in very small print on the sign. Also the add-ons when paying such as money to remove the old bed/mattress. This should be displayed somewhere when showing Free Delivery on beds as it involves spending more money. Customers should be aware of exactly what they are spending BEFORE getting to the till.

Always room for improvement everywhere, do not reckon to give top marks. Very satisfied with the service Cameron gave us. We agreed to settle the balance on Tuesday afternoon but nobody answered the phone. I ended up using the chat room to pay Shivi was very helpful and dealt with us.

Once staff knew more about us interest dropped off slightly and seemed not to care about the sale.
