Cameron was great, offered me a cup of tea (that he made himself), efficient, no messing, minimal upsetting of additional products (i hate being pressured). His knowledge of the bed systems was brilliant, no hesitation in providing me with the knowledge he had.

I only happened by chance (overhearing other customers talking) to find the mattress we bought as we were directed to the more expensive one.. (£400) more in fact. I couldn't feel the difference between the mattresses and once we said to the assistant we were going to buy our choice, it was then he said they were more or less the same mattress anyway. I understand salesmen need to try and get a high price but for such a large company as yourselves I'd expect to be shown and offered ALL available mattresses regardless of price. Our final choice wasn't exactly cheap.

Simply because we had to wait a while to be dealt with.

We cant give an overall score until we get delivery of our mattres.

We had to wait to be served once we had decided on the bed. This was mostly due to being busy which is fair enough.

The service and support from the staff was great, however we were in a bit of a rush and due to availability of computer systems, had to wait a short while to complete the order/purchase.

Overall experience was very good from when we walked in the door to ordering. Only downside is the price. I guess we thought it would be cheaper in the sale.

It was a child's bed I was purchasing I knew exactly what I wanted so as helpful as they were in the shop they didn't have to do much other than take my order.

The main problem i had was i was hoping to collect a mattress on the day, but could not as the warehouse was closed.
