Discounts were advertised but didn't seem to apply. I thought the charges for delivery and disposal of an old mattress were excessive

Discount for a cash customer

The attendant would disappear at time and we would have to chase him to complete our purchase. One of the items we wanted to purchase was out of stock and we were unable to reserve a unit from the next delivery of stock. (Yardey) Confirmation of units being delivered on our preferred date wasn't accessible.

Item we wanted to order was out of stock. We had to track down our sales assistant as he disappeared. Knowledge of our sales assistant was disappointing. We felt like the sales assistant had one us the moment we walked through the door and just wanted to close out the sale Reacher than supply the perfect beds for our needs.

Even though i am happy with my purchase i still spent more money than planned, hence why im not totally satisfied.

No real problems ----no one is perfect!!

It is unreasonable to expect people to put highly satisfied to everything when satisfied is a good normal response.

On entering the store we went upstairs to view beds- the person upstairs at his desk ignored us. Shiraz who had been with another customer came upstairs to help us. He dealt with 2 other customers while we decided but was very efficient and friendly. The person upstairs could have said Hi and explained someone will be with you shortly.

Pure scepticism as nothing is perfect! This does not mean we are unhappy with the service in any way. We are.
