I wasn't advised that upgrading to sprung slats on the bed I purchased would mean the Mattress sat higher on the bed.

When placing the order in the shop there were a couple of occasions whereby I was given the final price, then the price went up because the advisor made a mistake and then again the same thing so the price I was originally quoted was as out £150 cheaper than what I ended up paying due to the fact the advisor clicked on the wrong thing twice. I think this is because of genuine human error because he was clicking too quickly to try speed up the process for us but actually was a little irritating that the price kept going up. The assistant was very apologetic though.

Although the service was great, I did feel a little pressured into trying out matresses I had no interest in and feel I would not have bought the bed frame if it wasn't for the salesperson. This is both positive and negative in my eyes. I love my new bed but never planned on spending quite so much.

The assistant was overbearing, didn't listen to the answers we gave to her own questions as asked us again in the next few minutes, when we said we wanted to wander and look round (just to get rid of her) she still followed and kept 'butting in', was clear she just wanted to make a sale and felt 'pushed' even though we had gone to the store knowing exactly which bed we wanted to purchase. In the end we found another assistant (Hermione) to take the order who was much more pleasant, although she wanted to pass us back to original one until I explained, although on the order I see it has gone through as being Syan!

When going back to collect my purchase , you are made to walk to the end of the outer building ring a bell and wait . It was a long wait and for good customer care I would suggest maybe a member of staff could ring through for you . Standing in the cold wasn't good

The delivery cost and cost to take away old mattress is very expensive.

There weren't any particular problems, just a little disappointed at having to wait up to 28 days for the bed. It's now been 2 weeks with no update on the progress.
