To be asked to pay an extra £80 for extending the warranty to 8 years was unacceptable knowing that the manufacture offers that for nothing

Having spent a lot of money on a Tempur mattress, bed & headboard disappointed not to be able to get a free mattress cover!

Shiraz was quite pushy but did a good job. Lift was out of order

Because we have just spent £449 for a divan and headboard that we cannot fit in our car and are charged £39 for delivery, then you have the audacity to tell us you will charge us £39 to take away the old bed!!!!

My only complaint is with the actual store environment, not the staff - both the store manager and Margaret, the assistant who helped us, were excellent. The actual store just looked like it need a refresh and a good clean - a fact that was compounded when I used the customer toilet which was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Something so simple as a clean and a sweep of the floors would enhance the whole customer experience.

Very happy with service and in particular dealing with Shiraz from High Wycombe store.

Loud music in store made thinking and communication with sales staff difficult and uncomfortable. Will not purchase again if loud music persists - staff unable (or unwilling?) to turn volume down

Everything would have to be absolutely perfect for me to consider myself highly satisfied. Price, service, everything. The staff were very good...
