Went in to buy a bed and mattress and did so!

The assistance given was very good but I found the store too hot and it made it somewhat difficult to concentrate.

Assistant could have been a tiny bit more friendly, otherwise I was very pleased.

I have to wait 2 months for the entire order as the order includes bedroom furniture and paying £39.99 twice if I want it to come separately (bed quicker). It's a very expensive delivery charge.

Your website does not allow you to process foreign credit cards and the order took me a long time to place - although i understand why, it made the whole process much more difficult for me. However, everyone was very helpful.

The item i require is not available for 20 days, I need this urgently as I do not have a bed at the moment, so was a bit disappointed

Not a great selection of mattresses to choose from in my price range

Did have to pay more for base with four drawers when we only wanted two as the base was split length ways .

Tends to feel like a very 'Salesly' environment in these shops and not as relaxed as it could be. Possibly because of the product, however i prefer to be left to browse and have a Sales Assistant on hand if needed, rather than be followed around.
