Overall we were very impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of staff. The only downside (are they paid on commission?) was that we were steered to the most expensive products to start with and had to ask about offers rather than being given the information. It would also be nice to have a shorter waiting time than 3 weeks but I assume this is to do with the costs of storage on site etc.

a) Time was taken off work for delivery of the tempur mattress and was told at the last minute that delivery will not be made when I had a phone call and given a time slot in the morning by the driver! b) Ordered the mattress protective covers and had to call the store to find out if they are in stock on several occasions. Instead of keeping my order for collection at store, was told it was sold and had to reorder. Most disappointing. c) On a positive note - The young men delivering the mattress were brilliant on that day. Thanks fellas. There is definitely room for improvement in after sales service.

I was only dis-satisfied because of the delivery due date, I did not come into the store, I tried on line but forgot I have a new card, which I have not registered with PayPal, so ordered by telephone

Henry, was very helpful and charming. In fairness, I had not expected to spend so much. The product is untested so I can't be drawn into comment at this stage on it's quality before it's even delivered, yet alone sept on. At this price level I expect it to be perfect. This survey should come at the 40 day mark. I believe a cash purchase should have brought a better price. The points that have upset me are simply had I not known about free delivery I would have been charged £39. I find it a very lame excuse that the extra travel from the front door to the bedroom would attract any charge and certainly not £39. Also at this price level quite frankly you should be taking the old matress away for free. I wonder if you will respond? Regards Gordon

I feel I cannot answer highly satisfied as I have not had delivery of my ordered product yet, therefore do not yet know if everything will be as ordered and delivered without any problems.
