Dreams - High Wycombe

I thought the color coding and information on mattress types was strong, but it did feel as though the front of store was dominated by just 1 o 2 types; it almost appeared that certain types of mattresses were put towards the rear of the store. I wonder if this is because of the margins either Dreams or the store staff earn on a sale, or on what is more heavily stocked? For example, the salesperson focussed entirely on the "red" sprung mattresses and did not try to get us to try the "mauve" gel/foam mattresses (which were at the rear of the store). In the event, because I wanted to try as many versions of "firm/medium firm that I could, I did venture to the rear of the store and it was from that selection that I found my preferred option. Having made the choice, there was no sense of trying to be diverted away, but I can't help feeling that the store was overtly pushing a particular type of bed.

Store was too hot

Lack of genuine advice that would inform decision. Some staff over zealous/other excellent.

I just bought a bed that I wanted.

We were unabled to establish then cost of a Divan base without needing to go and find a sales advisor.

Shiraz who served us was very helpful in giving us the price we were looking for an excellent product. The fact that dreams do a 'price promise' gave us confidence we wouldn't get the product cheaper and we were left alone to browse before we asked our questions, which were answered very professionally.

Not sure. I found the whole process difficult - not because of the store but I don't like the process because I find it very difficult. Moving my personal items and putting things away is personal and difficult.

We were served by Margaret at the high Wycombe branch and she was exceptionally good. My mattress is handmade and has a lead time of 4 weeks so I can't rate the overall service until then.

High prices Sold pillows which aren't that great Availability of stock to view

Offers are misleading and price was not what I was looking for or anticipating to pay.
