Dreams - High Wycombe

I was charged £39.00 for delivery, which I never questioned in store & therefore paid for. However since returning home to show a member of my family the bed I have purchased (& at the same time recommend Dreams) I was very dissatisfied to find I could have ordered online & recieved free delivery. To my understanding (when reading online) free delivery is to the front door which is fine for me, & you can pay a extra £39.00 to have it deliverd to your room of choice. Since I am assembling the bed myself I have no need to pay £39.00 for delivery to a room. This was never explained to me, perhaps it is an online option only, but either way it's a scam. Unless refunded the delivery its safe to say I would not recommend Dreams.

Couldn't complete finance application on line so had to call customer services tey were very helpful

The service was very good, but I wouldn't rate it as exceptional. I also thought the sales assistant was very cheesy in his selling technique even though he was pleasant it was just slightly over bearing

I was not highly satisfied as I felt things were quite pricey and there was not a range for people who didn't want to spend 600+. I felt the other sales associate (not the one we were dealing with) was not professional as he was smoking right outside the store and once I wanted to ask him a question and his was on his personal mobile in the store.

Highly satisfied would mean the showroom is beautiful and sumptuous : )

Shiraz - served me. He recognised me and my Mother from a visit two years previously. He was extremely courteous and polite - he dealt with my enquiry efficiently. Shiraz is a very pleasant gentleman and a credit to the business. Because of him I will ensure we give you repeat business.

The bed we selected had a 6 week wait as it was out of stock, we explained this was too long and tried to find an alternative. Then another assistant suggested another bed of equal value and comfort, we accepted the alternative bed and the salesman said the bed could be with us within a couple of weeks. The reality was we have to wait over 3 weeks and in all honesty we felt a little conned but by then we had ordered the bed.

My wife and I visited Dreams store with a view to purchase a mattress, we met with Shiraz the salesman who was very polite and helpful, he gave us advice on choosing a mattress and with his help we purchased one that we are very pleased with. B Sparks.
