The sales rep was attentive but at times he left us to attend new comers to the shop. It felt like all they wanted to do was get as many sales as possible

The shop was well set up with plenty of assistance available. The product we were looking for was all in one place so no need to look for it for a long time. We were looking for a specific product but was given the information that it was no longer available as not manufactured any more. We were offered different options and all of our questions were answered.

Stanley understood what we were looking for and was therefore able to show us what was available without trying to sell us something we didn't want.

I found the experience very good. I had bought a similar bed from Bensons recently. The similar bed from Dreams was slightly more expensive. As a private Landlord cost of the product was important.

There was no one around when we were looking at mattresses as there have been previously, so we were left to chose on our own.

When the divan bed was delivered, the drawers on one side were broken. This could have been dealt with before the van was loaded and the item checked to ensure all was in working order. However, the remedial action was swift, a new divan side was ordered on the day of the delivery. Delivery of the replacement product along with the headboard and additional mattress which we bought a few days later was timed to result in one additional delivery of 3 items. Thank you. We could not have asked for better customer service.
