Bank Hol Monday, very busy, staff a little stretched

The telephone operator didn't ask for the spelling of my name so the finance documents will have to be returned. This may affect the delivery date.

I knew what I was looking for so staff input was minimal. Earliest delivery date was 3 weeks ahead. I subsequently found out another national retailer with a store locally could have supplied and delivered a very similar bed at a comparable price within 1 week.

Did not have an example of what we wanted in the showroom

your questions are geared towards a store visit. I bought online. As of yet I haven`t received the product

If I rated the experience as "highly satisfactory" there would be no incentive for Dreams to continue seeking to improve it. I was satisfied which of itself implies that there was no element of dissatisfaction.

Overall fairly satisfied. Was offered tea or coffee, but an option for a cold drink would have been nice. I got tap water from the staff kitchen... but chilled still/sparkling or a can of pop would have been better

I must wait for 3weeks for the mattress and I need it for a disabled sister

Tried to buy online but had to give up as drop down boxes for address did not work. Needed help getting the correct bed as the descriptor was unclear. At that time used the online help which was good.

I placed the orders on line.
