Efficient service, great product knowledge

I had visited the store prior to making my purchase and had been seen by Henry who was very helpful and had in fact helped me with an order back in the summer of 2012. Roy was equally helpful and was happy to take the order as Henrys booking.

Staff were knowledgeable and happy to help. Although I was happy with the staff and products there is a six week wait for delivery which is the reason I did not state highly satisfied.

Overall very good service. Only niggle was that the expiry of the Tempur challenge wasn't mentioned - didn't get round to doing it for a few days and the offer had expired.

It was the first time I had ever had anyone helping me in the shop -he was a new person and keen so that was a better experience than normal though lengthy when it came to paying. I was told that it would be £39 for delivery less than a mile away and that it didn't matter whether I lived in Scotland or around the corner - I did not find this satisfactory at all. I obviously paid my £39 to get it delivered as I could not manage it myself. Delivery time was given to me at 10.15 in the morning - time was between 4-6pm, later it was changed to 2-4 so I stayed in but it was still 4-6 although much nearer to four than six. There was a slight chip that hadn't been there in the shop but otherwise it was in good condition.

I actually measured the mattress size and said this at the out set .My order was processed with the wrong size but I didn't realise this . On delivery it proved to be too small for the bed. However the team were very helpful,from the chaps who delivered it to the customer services who have sorted the problem .

I wanted to purchase the Kinder children's bed priced £299 but was unable to do this online as there was only an option for the pink tent - not the blue/grn. I therefore had to make a long call to an advisor who was extremely helpful but my transaction could have been more straightforward. Fortunately, this is my second purchase of the same item and I really like it, I was persistent in pursuing my order as its a great product!

On average we were highly satisfied. My father is in a wheelchair and we needed assistance to choose the best option for him - Geoff did this very well.
