I had selected a few mattresses online that I wished to try out, but they were not available in the store. It would have been good for this to be made clear on the website as we had travelled some distance to get there. However, the staff member, Roy, was very friendly and helpful and we did make a choice from the mattresses we saw , but the ones online were cheaper and I would have preferred to have been able to try those also.

i WAS HIGHLY SATISFIED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT IT SEEMS BECAUSE I DIDN'T TICK HIGHLY SATISFIED WITH THE PRICE QUESTIONS YOU HAVE ASKED TO WRITE HERE? I JUST FEEL £1K FOR A MATTRESS IS AN AWFUL LOT TO PAY AND WAY OVER WHAT I HAVE EVER PAID BEFORE, BUT MY OTHER HALF INSISTS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR SO I WENT ALONG WITH IT!

I felt the staff could have been a bit more relaxed and friendly. It felt a bit robotic. They were friendly and helped us choose a bed however I felt a bit pressured into buying a bed quickly and not being able to look around the store for myself. They were very attentive and willing to help which was good but I feel they should say would you like to look around at some more and let me know when you've made your decision as I don't like it when assistants follow you around. I would of preferred to discuss it with my husband privately and found a member of staff when I was ready.

The purchase of the mattress was dealt with efficiently. The problem was he was constantly tried to sell us Tempur pillow's. The information he gave was wrong, telling us that they normally cost £140.00 each online and for today only they were £75.00 each. I went online via my phone to discover John Lewis were charging £75.00 as well as Dunelm round the corner were £75.00 also. I have been in sales for 30 years and your assistant crossed the line into mis-selling and if my wife had been on her own she would probably have purchased them. I did show him that he was inaccurate but he didn't comment. If we hadn't have needed the mattress urgently and were not time constrained I would have cancelled my order.

Had been told there would be a discount on Boxing Day so didn’t place the order then there was no discount so essentially waited an extra month for the order for no reason. Obviously this was what the sales person thought was happening but still a little frustrating..
