1. I was told there is a price match policy. I found the item cheaper at another store but wasn’t advised that dreams have a special ‘cooltouch’ tempur mattress which is exclusive to dreams. The sales advisor was pushing me to phone the other store to ask them if it was cooltouch knowing full well it is exclusive to dreams so wouldn’t be. I felt this was deceitful. 2. The credit check system took 15 minutes to deliver a result (which passed) 3. The sales rep was very nice but kept saying ‘don’t worry take your time’. It’s great he didn’t want to be pushy but no customer wants to spend their whole day in a bed store!

For starters the mattress on the bed i was shown was apparently not for that bed... evem though the ticket had a price saying as on display. The staff referred to my mother as darling and love, this is 2018 and totally inappropriate.

The returns system is a joke and a con. The whole company is only out to con you.

Obviously, the staff work on commission, once we were seen by a staff member who was very helpful the remainder of the staff were dis-interested and unhelpful. When we asked for Product advice e.g pillows whilst our original assistant was busy with someone else the staff just pointed us in the direction of the various displays and didn't even walk us to them. General experience ok because we knew what we wanted, and our server was friendly and knowledgeable. All staff should be attentive.

The sales person Henry was too pushy and it was obvious he was more concerned about moving on to the next customer once we had decided on the mattress. I am also disappointed that buying an expensive product you charged a extra £10 to guarantee a before 12 noon delivery. It was also disappointing to see sales people squabbling over customers not for the benefit of customer but obviously commission. I also did not like being rushed and being told that the printed information was not worth reading. I hate pressure selling

I was reasonably satisfied with my experience at Dreams, but the prices are rather dear, and delivery time rather long.

I visited this store twice last weekend, had to go back for a second visit as after the first it left me feeling less confident in what I was looking for, had to speak to 3 different members of staff as I felt the first 2 I spoke to, not very helpful and did not know about about the products that they were selling.

The assistant serving me came across as very rude. After spending a substantial amount of money, this wasn't the service I was expecting.
