A little annoyed that in store you have to pay for delivery. I would have rather walked out of the store and sat in my car to order the same bed online for the free delivery you offer on there

The bed that I liked that was on display had been discontinued so the only unit available was the demo one. There was no signage to indicate this when we were looking at the beds and it meant that I ended up spending a lot more money than I had intended due to the bed being a King rather than a double. The bed itself was in good condition when we saw it in store but when it was delivered it was damaged and we paid for the old bed to be removed, however, this was not communicated correctly to the delivery team, who only took the old bed away "as a favour" to us.

we have been looking for a replacement mattress for a while now we visited many stores we went to dreams in loudwater high Wycombe we found a mattress to fit the bill we agreed to buy but was told there will be a delivery cost of £39.00 we felt that was to much we tried to contact my work to borrow the van but no luck we were about to leave with no purchase then followed by the sales man agreeing to us free delivery so we agreed to buy thinking great got a great deal when we got home we went to your website and found it was free delivery anyway we felt we have been cheated by the sales man how other people have agreed to pay the delivery cost but its free anyway its a BIG CON needs to be looked in to now

The sales representative showed complete indifference to the fact that my child was very ill and that I had been given money from a charity to buy a mattress. He refused point blank any discount which I know can be given as I have been a previous customer.. Even if I also chose a bed frame. As I result I would not recommend dreams nor this store nor shop again at this store.

The assistant Jeff was a bit standoffish which made me feel uncomfortable and not valued as a customer. I did purchase a bed but this was not down to the salesman. I had been to the Ruislip branch a couple of times previously and they were really helpful and understanding of a customers needs. I wish I had gone back there and made this purchase at Ruislip. I will not be going back to the High Wycombe branch due to the attitude of this salesman Jeff.

I was shopping in late afternoon of a week day. I knew what I wanted to order but only one sales man was available and he was serving a family who were taking a lot of time. He did not acknowledge me in any way and I spent about 5 minutes sitting around until another salesman appeared from outside the store. I spent more time sitting waiting to order than I did in ordering. If I had needed help in finding what I wanted I would have gone elsewhere to one of the other nearby showrooms

We were dealt with by Roy, he made us feel like we were a chore, abrupt, we felt like he didn't want us there

Ordering the bed was great, the bed is great, your staff have all been helpful BUT I also ordered and paid for pillows and 2 weeks later they have still NOT arrived. I am now having to go into store to pick them up which is frustrating as I am trying to avoid needless visits to shops!
