Ordering the bed was great, the bed is great, your staff have all been helpful BUT I also ordered and paid for pillows and 2 weeks later they have still NOT arrived. I am now having to go into store to pick them up which is frustrating as I am trying to avoid needless visits to shops!

Because when my mattress arrived 4 days later we realised it was a second so I had taken the day off and now have to take 2 more days off for you to collect it and then order and make us a new one!

I've placed the order yesterday and noticed the name was incorrect on the order as Mrs S Mostass (correct name Mrs S Mostafa). I was still on phone so informed James that this is incorrect and next morning, we've received an amended sales order where the name was still incorrect as Mrs S Mustafa (it's O not U!). Called again, and I was told by Oliver it's been corrected and I'll receive an updated order invoice, nothing received. Called back in the afternoon, James said the same as Oliver and nothing yet! If this is the sort of customer service we're expecting in future then I'm quite inclined to cancel the order tomorrow morning and look for another bed.

I found the lady helping us extremely rude. Was trying to find the product we found on the website but she was telling us it's a online deal only but we found it in store. When we brought the product she was huffing at me because I couldn't find the new address we have just moved into. I found her very rude and wouldn't not seek her assistance again

When we were in store it was agreed that the order would be marked so that the mattress would not be delivered before 11 a.m. However we have now received an email saying that it will be delivered between 8.15 and 10.15 a.m. We have had to phone to get the matter sorted out which I hope it now has been

The salesman was PUSHY and overbearing and didn't listen, argued about the quality from brands such as John Lewis and Silentnight and was generally very rude !!! Apparently he was on ramadam and therefore hungry and tetchy !! this in my opinion is no excuse. The manager stepped in realising the situation and was very pleasant and very helpful. We did buy the products as we needed to just get it ordered as didn't have time to shop around but I WILL NEVER GO TO DREAMS again as the value isn't great when talking quality vs price and your T & C's of no option to change your mind very off putting. I just hope the bed we bought is OK

In the store, I was sold a Silentnight mattress with a Dreams base, which was more expensive than the Silentnight Divan bed advertised online. When I questioned this the next day, the Colleague stated that he'd included the Dreams base because Silentnight do not supply a base in the colour that I was looking for! But at no point was this mentioned-I don't care about the base colour,and certainly not enough to pay an extra £100. Also the Colleague advised that he would provide his maximum discount to offset the disposal costs for my existing bed/mattress. He assured me that I wouldn't be paying any disposal costs, but the invoice later showed £33 of disposal costs. Unfortunately the Colleague was unable to provide me with an invoice at the time of sale..as his printer wasn't working, so I could only see this after the sale was completed. Having eventually resolved the issues with the items with Customer Services, they sent me a revised order confirmation, showing that the Store could provide a 5% discretionary discount (which would equate to £38.30, instead of the £23.33 detailed on the confirmation)

The purchase of our Mattress was 100% ok. Friendly helpful staff. However!!! when we wanted fitted sheets, "sorry out of stock they should be in in the next 2 weeks" We have been waiting 6 weeks now and still nothing. NOT GOOD BUSINESS!! Staff were excellent!

I came into store to buy a product knowing there was a 0% Finance on the product. Your employee said it was not possible to get it because the delivery was within 3 days. I still don't understand why, also this was told at the moment of the paymeent

I was sold two very expensive pillow that I did not need and was not allowed to return the one I had opened to test.
