Quoted by Claire, who was excellent, £179 for Cadiz bed & £249 for Beaumont Mattress on Monday, tried to order over phone and told was impossible to buy on credit card and have a different delivery address to that of the cardholders. I had to go to the store in High Wycombe personally on Wednesday only to be told by Jeff that the price for the mattress was now £299, a difference of £50. The quote that was given on Monday should have been honoured. Jeff could have allowed this but refused and also seemed to be talking to another customer who was with another colleague instead of being fully attentive to me as he was taking my order.

I felt that staff were chasing customers and constantly walking away if they felt they could get a sale from another customer. Sales assistant was disinterested in helping, just wanted a sale very little information on products given.

I bought a kind size bed for £400. I had to exchange this for a double bed due to the size of my bedroom which was £300. I was told I could only have £57 back not the full £100. I then bought a mattress a week later for £426.00. I asked for a discount because I purchase a bed aswell and was told the price could not be reduced further. Overall I spent £726 and felt I was entitled to some sort of discount however customer services were unhelpful and said discounts can only be provided in store. I work away a lot and can't get to the store so I felt I had an unfair disadvantage :(

First of all the salesman insulted one of my daughters, I don't think this was intentional but nonetheless she found it upsetting. Secondly he didn't tell me about the delivery charge until I went to pay for the item, he then contradicted me when I informed he of this fact.

I thought the salesman was rude and off hand with me. His tone was condescending. I purchased a divan base because I needed one but certainly not because my shopping experience was pleasant or satisfying. Salesman's tone was disrespectful and curt.

I rang the Wellingborough store who where very very rude and lied to me about delivery times and price. I then rang the telesales and sthey were very helpful and excellent! Would not recogmend the stores AT ALL

When visiting the store I said I had seen the bed online and wanted to see it in the shop before purchasing, I was then encouraged to purchase at the shop which I did then I was told about the delivery charge, which I assumed I had to pay. When I got home I checked the website to show my family what we had bought and found that gad I ordered it on line, which is what I was going to do the delivery would have been free. I feel conned and will not be shopping at dreams again.
