This was a phone sales with James in the High Wycombe store. We chose a mattress that was available & in stock with a definite delivery date of June 20th. We completed the necessary paperwork including the finance via email. A telephone call just a few hours later & I was told that the delivery date would change as the computer had not stored it & all slots that day were now taken & the next date available was a week later. This sale was acceptable as we needed delivery urgently & could not wait longer & all this was explained to James on my initial phone call with him. When I expressed my displeasure at no longer having this delivery date James assured me he would try & still make that date with a confirmation call next morning. I was clear that if that date was not possible then I wanted to cancel the sale. The following morning I received the call From James that I would need to wait a further week for delivery. I cancelled the purchase & will never use Dreams again. We are returning customers but that is now not possible for the future.

Re brand to WET DREAM’s that suits you better! So I will get a refund in 7 -10 days minus the alleged “Free” pillows which are poor quality and you will charge me £35 for them! was asked my post code and number of door - this was not verified to me the address. I was given a receipt for monies I had paid and I asked for a copy of the order. James said I will run a copy off for you. I did not look at it until I got home and saw that the postcode and thereby the delivery was wrong. Being delivered to a completely different address. If I had not asked for a copy of the customer copy I would have been oblivious. I rang the store and James phoned me back and there was no apology and told a furtheer email would be sent to me, which I did not received. It was late afternoon on the 31st December and having read the terms listed on the email. Have 48 hrs to cancel and I may actually. Legally.
