I was completely satisfied.

The store tried to deliver the bed on the incorrect day scheduled and now cannot provide me with any delivery information as to where the bed is. I will be going back to John Lewis in future.

I was delivered a. Bed Base wrong sized mattresses then a week of TOTAL AGRO this left me with no bed for a week and the mattresses are supposed to come today but your company should be called NIGHTMARE NOT DREAMS

We were told one thing regarding the price of an item and the sales rep refused to agree when we were in store. Very unprofessional.

Omg .... Far to much to mention , would need a conversation .... I will be taking it further I have reported your dealings to my bank and I will be contacting trading standards , utterly disgusted with your HW branch !!!!

Charming staff who knew his products and understood are needs

Ordered matress , I was asked if I could collect the same day , I said I would try to organise transport. On doing so I was told the store could not get in touch with the warehouse (25m away) to say if my matress was in stock ... even though I had been told it was. The "manager" told me he was too busy asa he had a store full of customers to walk to the warehouse and check for me as he had a store full of customers. I told him I was a "customer" too. i then told him if I he couldn't confirm my item was in stock and organise collection I wanted to cancel .. he told me "you cant". I hung up. It seems to me once I had paid for the item I was no longerimportant and I could wait.

Charged for delivery which should have been free. Not explained that it was free to the door but £39 to the bedroom. Feel slightly cheated and stupid. Doesn't make me respect Dreams of the sales person.

I was very satisfied! Not sure why this box came up.
