James, the chap who served us was EXCELLANT we've been to many other stores looking for beds, but it is so complicated with sizes, colours, different bases, bases, headboards etc etc we had so far bought nothing. When working with James it all became so clear and easy we bought 4 beds!!! The guy is brilliant, and I felt from the beginning he was trying to find us the right product but at the best price. He never up-sold us, which is why we bought so much ironically! He was great.

Store was clean and had plenty of COVID-19 precautions in place. Staff helpful and showed us the choices you had so we could make decision.

I was able to view and complete my purchase in one visit. The staff were very polite and helpful and I was able to arrange a date for the delivery of my purchase for about 3 weeks time which was exactly when I was hoping to arrange it for.

Our assistant was very polite and helpful explained she was new to Dreams and still learning herself, if she was unsure she would tell us and ask another colleague to assist in helping with what we required which I personally thought this was very professional.
