Our assistant was very polite and helpful explained she was new to Dreams and still learning herself, if she was unsure she would tell us and ask another colleague to assist in helping with what we required which I personally thought this was very professional.

I was able to view and complete my purchase in one visit. The staff were very polite and helpful and I was able to arrange a date for the delivery of my purchase for about 3 weeks time which was exactly when I was hoping to arrange it for.

From the minute we walked in, there was a staff member there to inform us of the COVID measures in place, that were very thorough and reassuring. When we sought assistance the member of staff to assist was Charlie, she was very knowledgeable and also related to us as parents that really helped, we were looking for 2 children’s mattresses. Charlie was incredibly friendly and lovely to our children too. She listened to our needs and helped us find what we wanted and we were able to leave the store with that day with the mattresses we wanted.

James was very helpful and knowledgable. He spent the time to walk us through and show us everything he believed fitted our needs from the information we gave him for what we were looking for. Very friendly.
